Stage 2:Wonderings, Questions and Deciding
  1. Brainstorming: What the students already know, think. Collective knowledge sheets
  2. Establishing sub questions: Create a list of questions that students have (keepthis list and use as part of end of unit evaluation) then sort/merge them downto 3 or 4.

Stage 3: Planningresearch, Exploring, Finding
  1. Exploring websites: Use reflection sheet for each activity/session
  2. Survey: Individualthen Class mathematical survey collated and statistical data analyses anddiscuss findings
  3. Touching Up: the power of Photoshop: Viewing Youtube & other videos to showhow images of enhanced Expert s to demonstrate the power of Photoshop (fun& ridiculous )

Stage 4:Discovering, Interpreting, Using
  1. Deconstructing Advertisements. View popular ads and analyse looking foradvertising techniques

Stage 5: CreatingPresenting
  1. Presentation: Evaluation:Createyour own Advertisement using techniques identified. Then using ICT & DesignExpects Evaluation Rubric assess your advertisement. Incorporate Digital storytelling. (using model)
  2. Create finalversion of presentationincorporating best practice identified as part of evaluation.
  3. AdvertisingWiki created incorporating all presentations. This to be a Wiki creation tutorial

Stage 6: Celebrate Evaluate
  1. Information & ActivityEvening An evening of Fun and celebration, withthe students presenting their work and sharing their learning. Parents &Community participation in fun challenges.
